2- Payment:
2.1 You can pay on the Website and Mobile Application using credit or debit card, cash on delivery, Bait Al Raqi, TT, and bank transfer. If you choose to pay with card, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard. Gift Certificates are another payment option; however, they cannot be purchased as yet and are only offered for marketing purposes. To make sure there are enough funds on your payment card to complete the transaction, we do a normal pre-authorization check on it when we receive your purchase. Until this pre-authorization check is finished, the goods won’t be sent out. Following the order’s acceptance, your card will be charged.
2.2 If the user accidentally deposited more money than was asked for the transaction, Bait Al Raqi would return the extra money within a maximum of 14 working days after looking into the purchase process.
2.3 The user must pay the full amount due upon completion of the purchase process, which includes the cost of the requested items, value-added tax, and delivery, if applicable.

3.2 The customer will be contacted if the purchased items are not in stock, and he will be asked for approval to replace or remove them.

4- Shipping:

5- Returns & Refunds:
5.1 If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days as long as management at our company deems it’s not used, damaged, or unclean. You will get a refund for the product’s price you paid, excluding any shipping fees.
5.2 A customer has the right to exchange or refund the amount only in cases where we made an error, such as sending the wrong product or distributing a defective product.
5.3 If you want to exchange a product and the exchange requirements are satisfied, any difference that is in your favor will be calculated as a balance that is registered with us in your wallet. You can use this balance later on the application and website, but if it is in our favor, you will unquestionably be required to pay the additional difference and the delivery fee.
5.4 Bait Al Raqi does not have exchange policy for mattresses and beds bearing in mind that they are custom made for each customer.
5.5 Once your refund has been processed it can take up to 14 working days to reflect with your issuing bank. In the event that you notice that your returned products have been received but this deadline has now past, please let us know so we may investigate this for you.
6- Legal Disputes:
6.1 Should the customer have a problem that we are unable to solve, and the customer believes that he did not take his right, he can contact the UAE protection of consumer rights.
